Sigma's Indian Girl and a Chance to Win it! [CLOSED]
I've been a quiet fan of Sigma eyeshadows ever since I purchased their "Fun Colors" quad, so I decided to buy another single. I had been eyeing Indian Girl for a long time, and I finally remembered to buy it (I got my shadow from allcosmeticswholesale.com: which btw, is a great place to get brand name cosmetics at a heavily discounted price). I like Sigma eyeshadows because they're nicely pigmented and pack a lot of color.
I was enticed by Indian Girl because it's a shimmery taupe-gray. It may look purplish/bronze in the pan, but not so on the lids. This is such a hard color for me to describe...
A quick swipe across the top gave me this abundance of color. I bought Indian Girl specifically to wear all over the lid, and it works! You definitely need a primer underneath though, without, the color can fade a lot.
My real reason to blog about a single eyeshadow (besides how much I love it) is because.. I have one to giveaway =)
How to win your own Sigma Indian Girl Eyeshadow:
1. You must be a follower.
2. Comment below telling me how you would wear Indian Girl, as well as your email so I can contact you.
It's that easy! =)
*Giveaway is open internationally and entries must be submitted by July 14th (Wednesday), 11:59 PM PST (US).
Good luck!
(PS: Today is 7-11's Free Slurpee day =) Off to get one soon!!!)

I would wear Indian Girl on the outer corners of my eyes and along the crease, maybe along the bottom lid too? :D

Thank you! ^^
That is lower lashline-worthy! Or maybe in the crease. I like shimmery colors in my crease ^^ If I were doing a brown, smokey look, I might use that for the lid color.

Thanks for hosting this giveaway ;D!
Oooh, I love wearing dark colors around the hollows of my eyelids to give it a dramatic look. It looks like something I can wear near the outsider bottom corner of my eyes as well! :)

Thank you for the generous giveaway! :)
I would wear Indian girl as an all-over lid color or as a smokey eye. Or for a lighter look during the summer, I would use it for outerlid and below the eyelid. =)

oh sorry, I didn't mean the lower eyelid LMAO. I meant the lower lashline. :P

I would definitely try out "Indian Girl" for a smokey eye look, or even use it on my crease line to create a more dramatic look! Even better yet, I have ELF'S liquid eyeliner product where you can dip the brush into any eyeshadow and use it as an eyeliner!

Indian girl looks like such a gorgeous color! I love the shimmer in it. I think I'd probably use it for smokey eye look or as a liner for the lower lash line :]

Thanks!
Hmm I'd most likely use Indian Girl on my outer v for a smokey eye look.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Is it just me or does anyone else find the name of the eyeshadow a little offensive??

ReplyDeleteI love taupes so I'd use Indian Girl as the main lid color with a dark shimmery brown on the outer corners. For a pop of color, I'd add a light bronze-gold (think UD's Half-Baked) along the lower lashline. For extra glam, I'd dust some light-bronze glitter on my eyelashes when the mascara is still wet :)

I loveeeeeee brown/taupe colors! I enjoy making neutral looks to smokey brown eye looks. To start off a look, id use all that glitter for my lid, and next, id use Indian Girl on the crease. I could either stop it right there or to go for a more smokey eyed look, I'd use MAC embarked eyeshadow on the outer v corner. ^^.
ReplyDeleteThe latest look, I really enjoy it! I want to purchase those products now ;P

ReplyDeleteI would probably use Indian Girl on the outer-V of my eyes, or maybe on my crease (although I'm single-lidded, so it'd be quite difficult to see it, lol). Looks like a great colour for a smokey brown look. =)
My email is: soompijoanne@gmail.com
Hi, i would use it to create a sexy smokey look, but also somewhat natural. The color is perfect for every day look too. I'll probably use it mostly around the outer corners of my eyes and along the crease. :)

Omgosh-- I've been eyeing indian girl for the longest time. :) Since I'm new to makeup I would initially use this shadow all over the lid, but I would also make sure I apply it with a light hand. Once I get better at applying make up, I would like to do a smokey eye look and make sure I pack on indian girl for my outer v.
ReplyDeletethank you for this opportunity!
