FOTD: Another Gold/Neutral Look. Bored yet?

Today was the real beginning of summer in Portland. I'm serious. It's FINALLY warm and sunny. I was so sick of the dreariness. Except, now I regret wishing for sun because it's 90 degrees and uncomfortable. Portland's so weird. A few days ago it was 60 something and raining... I am not pleased with the jump. Anywho, here's a look I pulled together, ANOTHER golden neutral, but this time in celebration of summery good weather =D.

Revlon PhotoReady foundation in 006 Medium Beige
Amazing Cosmetics concealer in Medium Beige
Amazing Cosmetics Powder Set
Bonnebelle loose bronzer in Gold N Glitz
NARS Luster blush
NARS Albatross blush (highlight)
Laura Mercier Brow Definer in Soft

Sephora Chairlift lip liner
MAC Peachstock
Smashbox Lip Enhancing gloss in Sand

I just realized that Homer's peeking from the background...

ELF Eyelid Primer
MAC Flip e/s (all over lids)
NYX Iced Mocha e/s (crease)
NYX Root Beer e/s (outer corner and lower lash line)
MAC Blacktrack fluidline
Lancome Definicile mascara

Have a good Thursday everyone!

  1. You are always so pretty! I really like your looks! They are simple and light...just my kind of style...hummm...I might try to recreate it...

Man, I wish I was in Portland! It's rated as one of the top ten places to go to during the summer because of the weather and farmer's market...or was that Seattle?! Well, I still wish to travel there soon...

  2. I like the color, looks so natural and pretty.

  3. Love it! You look beautiful. I was wondering what shade are you in MAC foundations(if you use MAC that is)? I'm trying to get the revlon photoready foundation for myself and I'm having some trouble matching the foundation color to my skin >.< Lol

  4. Nice look! How do you find the ELF Primer?

  5. @ Rena: you are too sweet >///<. and strangely portland is's top city to visit...

@Thao: I don't use MAC foundation b/c they match me differently everytime =( If I were to guess I'd say NC25-30. But for reference I use Stromboli in NARS' Sheer Glow and Sand in Laura Mercier's tinted moisutrizer

@Joanne: It works pretty well and it's only a dollar! I blogged comparing to it to UDPP here:

  6. @Jenny, I'm actually NC 25-30 too! I wanted to buy the Medium beige but weren't too sure if it'll match, but I'll give it a try. Thanks for your tip :)

  7. @Thao: and to let you know medium beige (006) is actually darker than 008 golden beige. i actually fit 008 better b/c sometimes medium beige can be too dark. but buy from walgreens =) they let you exchange even after you open and try it
